A 21 length 7th/17 in a 2m 1f bumper at Killarney does not appear to be worth discussing in this column. However, being by Old Vic and a Ú brother to the likes of Dato Star and Hoh Invader he has a nice pedigree and he looked very green at Killarney before getting the hang of things when the race was all over! He moved up well having been at the rear for much of the race and he flew past the post having hit a flat spot, mid race. He could improve enormously for the run and though Dato Star won 3 straight, Hoh Invader took two runs before picking up two victories in Bumpers!
